The National HR Conference (NHRC) 2026, organised by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka, will take place on 14–15 October 2026 at Monarch Imperial, Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte, under the theme “The Human Edge in the Age of AI.”
As Artificial Intelligence continues to transform the workplace, NHRC 2026 focuses on a fundamental question: what makes people uniquely valuable when technology can increasingly perform tasks once considered exclusively human? The conference moves beyond conversations about technology adoption to explore the human capabilities that will become increasingly important in an AI-driven world.
