The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Sri Lanka [CIPM SL] is pleased to inform you that applications are now invited for the eagerly anticipated ‘THE GREAT HR DEBATE 2023’. THE GREAT HR DEBATE is an inter-organizational debating competition organized by the CIPM as part of its Annual National HR conference, which will be held this time on the 21st & 22nd of June 2023 at Monarch Imperial, Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte. CIPM annually organizes this debate competition to provide a platform to share knowledge and experience and offer new perspectives on contemporary HRM topics and themes. Judging by past sessions CIPM’s ‘The Great HR Debate’ has proved that it is the most prestigious event and title (accolade) hotly pursued by the most passionate HR teams in the corporate arena. This competition is open to all private and public-sector organizations of any size or stature.
Following are the simple rules:
• An organization can nominate only one team comprising four (4) members and a reserve.
• The competition will be conducted in English and the topics for the competition will be based on the theme “Navigating Dire Straits.”
• The winners will receive the prestigious “THE GREAT HR DEBATE 2023” trophy and certificates at the National HR Conference 2023. Furthermore, all participants will be issued a certificate of participation.
We request you to please complete the attached application form and return same to CIPM on or before 30th April 2023 along with a Cheque or a bank draft for Rs. 50,000/- (Inclusive of all Taxes) being the entry fee for the competition.
